Hospitality IT Support Specialist

Firmdale Hotels is seeking an IT Support Analyst to act as the primary contact for technical support across our London and New York properties. You will handle first-line support for hardware, software and networking, ensuring timely incident resolution and smooth IT services across hotel properties and offices.

You will also assist with monitoring SIEM systems, onboarding/offboarding user accounts, and maintaining IT documentation.
