Lettings & Compliance Officer – Garages & Parking

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a contract lettings coordinator for a Southwark Council portfolio. The role focuses on garages, underground car parks, barrow stores and other non-residential assets to maximise occupancy and ensure compliance.

You will manage waiting lists, licences and inspections, coordinating with Homeownership Services and Repairs Teams to deliver efficient lettings and accurate reporting in line with council policies.
