Loungers is seeking a General Manager for Cosy Club Oxford. The role commands a total package around £63,000 per year, including a base salary up to £52,000, a tronc estimate of £7.5k–£9.5k, and a bonus potential of up to £6k.

Overtime is paid at the standard rate, with a focus on work-life balance and enjoyable, memorable service for guests. Two days off per week and every sixth weekend off are provided, alongside 50% food and drinks discounts across all three brands.
