Business Development Manager

A pioneering sustainable materials business is looking for a commercially driven Business Development/Sales Manager.

This role will focus on supporting the development and execution of the commercial strategy for coatings technologies across paper packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Driving revenue growth through the identification, development and conversion of new business opportunities.
• Managing/developing relationships across paper packaging ecosystem – including paper mills, coaters, converters, packaging manufacturers, brand owners and strategic partners.
• Building/maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively

About You:

• Proven business development/sales experience within paper packaging, paper coatings, fibre-based materials, paper manufacturing or related sectors.
• Ability to build, manage and grow strategic customer relationships resulting in commercial success.
• Track record of identifying/converting new business opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
