Bristol Skoda, SEAT & CUPRA, part of the Mon Motors Group, is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated and commercially focused Used Car Manager to take responsibility for the success and day-to-day performance of our Used Car Operation.
This is a key role within the business, with responsibility for maximising used vehicle sales, profitability, stock performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be highly organised and process-driven, with the ability to manage and motivate a team while remaining focused on delivering results.
You will take ownership of the used vehicle stock, ensuring it is effectively managed, marketed and presented to the highest possible standard, while maintaining a disciplined approach to stock ageing. Our objective is to maintain an aged vehicle profile of 60 days and under, with proactive action taken to manage vehicles approaching this threshold.

- Resilient and able tooperate successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of the importance of stock turn, pricing,margin and aged stock management.
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with customers,colleagues and manufacturer partners.
Working Pattern
This is a 5-day working week, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and will play an important role within the Cardiff Volvo management structure.
