New Leaf Search is partnering with an established UK Asset Finance organisation in its search for a Business Development Manager, Transport
This is a field-based sales opportunity focused on developing Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) business across the southern half of the UK
Working alongside an established colleague covering the North, you will manage and develop existing LCV introducers while identifying and onboarding new relationships across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and develop existing LCV introducer relationships
- Identify and onboard new LCV introducers
- Develop business across brokers, vendors, customers and prospects
- Build relationships across the LCV market throughout Southern UK
- Identify opportunities to generate additional new business
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to develop LCV business
Person Specification
- Relevant Asset Finance and Leasing experience
- Strong relationship development capability
- New business focused and commercially driven
- Comfortable managing relationships across a broad geographical territory
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote, field-based role
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered
