Service Management Consultant — Hybrid & ITIL Expert

FSP is a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions. We are looking for a Service Management Consultant to help clients assess and improve IT service capabilities across end-to-end lifecycle, with a focus on people, processes and technology.

You will design and deliver improvements, conduct maturity assessments, and run workshops in a hybrid working environment. Experience with ITIL v3/v4 and ServiceNow is highly valued, with security clearance preferred.
