Job Description:
Adecco is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in Southend to uphold aerospace quality through ISO 9100/AS9100 compliance. You will lead the Inspection team and act as the company’s quality representative, ensuring calibration, testing and FAIR/LAIR reporting meet requirements.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential to drive continuous improvement across production and design teams. This permanent, full-time position offers up to £50,000 per year.
