Bid Writer – Public Sector Tender Specialist (Hybrid)

Better People Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join its bid writing team in Stevenage. The role focuses on preparing and submitting high-quality tender responses across healthcare, social care and wider public sector contracts.

You will manage multiple deadlines, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure responses are persuasive, compliant and aligned with evaluation criteria. Office based at least one day per week.
