Field IT Technician – Onsite & Remote Support

Apogee Corporation in the UK is seeking an IT Field Technician to join the Managed Desktop Services team, providing hands-on hardware support, diagnosing faults, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and RPOS systems through a mix of onsite visits and remote assistance.

The role requires strong Windows knowledge, good hardware and software understanding, effective troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.
