Hands-On IT Support Specialist | Central London

Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established retail business to recruit an IT Support Specialist for its Central London head office. This hands-on role provides responsive technical support across the head office and wider retail estate, working closely with the IT Manager to ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.

You will handle first and second-line tickets, troubleshoot PCs, printers and mobiles, manage hardware and software, and contribute to asset records and onboarding/offboarding.
