Autonomous HSE Manager – Two‑Site Manufacturing

Morgan Ryder Associates is recruiting an HSE Manager for two UK sites in Burnley. This hands-on, shop-floor role will see you own HSE across both sites and drive a proactive safety culture. You will also lead inductions, training, audits and incident investigations.

NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred; significant experience will be considered. The role offers autonomy with potential to build a small HSE team as the business grows.
