SharePoint & Information Governance Analyst – 365

Sword is hiring a SharePoint & Information Management Analyst to join the on-site Aberdeen team. You will provide hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, focusing on SharePoint Online and Teams, and ensure secure access, proper governance and compliant information handling.

You will work with stakeholders to resolve access issues, implement retention and classification policies, and support external collaboration while maintaining robust information governance across the environment.
