IT Service Desk Specialist – Frontline User Support

Places for People is seeking an IT Service Desk professional to join our Service Management team in Preston. You will provide technical support to end users over the phone, online or face to face, and resolve IT issues while adhering to security policies to protect data.

You will document incidents, liaise with stakeholders at various levels, and support continuous service improvements. Shift options include 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, with a mandatory DBS check as part of our safeguarding commitments.
