We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology – Immunohistochemistry to join our private client’s team in London. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.

Key Responsibilities

You will perform immunohistochemical staining using automated platforms. You will ensure high-quality staining and support diagnostic applications. You will also undertake microtomy duties when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Experience in Immunohistochemistry within a clinical laboratory
• Experience with automated staining platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• NHS experience (preferred)
