Deputy Manager — Lead Kids’ Residential Care & Growth

Esland Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for Annadale’s, a warm three-bedroom children’s home in the UK. You will provide high-quality care and emotional support to young residents, working with a dedicated team in a 365-day service with advance rotas and long shifts (8am–11pm) including sleep-in nights.

The role offers a salary of £39,760–£41,760 per year, with enhanced overtime rates and additional shifts. A Full UK Driving Licence and Level 3 Child Care qualification are essential.
