Clinical Lead – Luxury Care Home Nursing

Hamberley Care Homes Verwood seeks a Clinical Lead to join our Nursing team. You will lead clinical and care staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care across residential, dementia, and nursing services, reporting to the Home Manager and QA teams.

In this 40-hour-per-week role, you will provide leadership, supervise staff, deliver training modules, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement to maintain our luxury care environment at Verwood House.
