Children’s Home Registered Manager — Lead Care & Outcomes

Changing Futures North East is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a newly opened children’s home in Teesside. You will oversee care delivery, ensure compliance and deliver positive outcomes for looked-after children.

You will manage staff, supervise development and appraisal, oversee budgets and premises, and work within local and national standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a patient, solution-focused approach.
