Advanced Nurse Practitioner: Chronic Disease Leader

Devonport Health Centre is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team on Cumberland Campus. Qualified to ANP standard and ideally a Non Medical Prescriber, or willing to undertake the course soon. Parking available on campus and a collaborative practice environment.

The successful candidate will provide advanced nursing care across chronic and acute conditions, lead the nursing team, and work within safeguarding policies while contributing to QOF and local guidelines.
