Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner in the South Bucks Older Adult CMHT. You will provide initial assessments and NICE-approved interventions for older adults with anxiety and depression within co-produced care plans.
The role offers supervision, ongoing CPD, and in-house training, with travel between Trust sites as needed. Registration with BPS/BABCP is required or evidenced submission.
