Occupational Health Advisor — Flexible Hours

Howdens Joinery is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide proactive and confidential OH services at our Raunds site. You will work autonomously while collaborating with HR, SHE, manufacturing, logistics and engineering to protect employee wellbeing and reduce workplace health risks.

You will deliver clinics, manage cases, and support surveillance, with a focus on timely return-to-work and health promotion across the site.
