Job Description:
Lufton College in Yeovil is seeking a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner to support 16–25 year olds with autism and complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on site, delivering evidence-based approaches to emotional, cognitive and behavioural development to help learners move toward independent living.
