Nurse Unit Manager (General) – Lead Care Team

Barchester Healthcare in Sittingbourne, Kent is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) for Newington Court Care Home. You will plan, manage and monitor the delivery of nursing that meets all of our residents’ needs, implementing person-centred care plans to improve daily life.

As a natural leader, you will rota staff, recruit and mentor, and build relationships with regulators and social services. A current NMC registration and experience in care planning are essential.
