Senior Adult Social Worker – Complex Care & Safeguarding

Sefton Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join Adult Social Care in the South Community Team, managing a complex caseload of adults with care needs. You will carry out assessments, reviews and support planning in line with the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2007.
