Residential Support Worker — Help Children Thrive

Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help young people in our care. This role involves daily care, school readiness, homework support and planning engaging activities in a supportive home environment.

We offer a base salary in the £37k–£44k range (dependent on attendance) with up to 4 sleep-ins per month, plus attendance allowances and regional bonuses. Training, long holidays and career progression are available.
