Commercially Focused Quantity Surveyor – Utilities

Leyland-based Lanes Group is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to lead end-to-end QS activities across allocated workstreams on the United Utilities contract. The role requires accuracy, pace and robust process control in a high-volume, low-value environment.

You will work with Operations, Planning, Finance and client representatives to ensure correct valuation, cost capture, payments and final accounts, protecting commercial entitlement and project value.
