Finance Assistant – Healthcare Accounting & Xero Specialist

J C Michael Groups Ltd, a domiciliary care agency with branches in London and beyond, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join the Finance Team at our Canary Wharf head office. You will carry out accounting duties across subsidiary portfolios and support monthly reporting.

The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong Excel skills; experience with Xero is desirable. Minimum five GCSEs including English and Maths, and accounting qualifications such as AAT are preferred.
