Total Reward Specialist – Hybrid, 15-Month Contract

NFU Mutual seeks a Reward Specialist on a 15-month fixed-term contract. You will provide specialist Reward consultancy to HR and the business, shaping the Total Reward Strategy and leading key annual activities such as pay reviews, bonuses and benefits.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, manage external suppliers, and translate data into practical recommendations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
