HR Advisor – Employee Relations & Case Management

UK Power Networks in London (Elephant and Castle) is seeking an HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to support line managers on sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues. This permanent role reports to the HR Operations Manager.

You will provide guidance, document case management, maintain HR system records, and support governance with unions and HR partners. A CIPD member or student and solid knowledge of employment law are preferred.
