Civic Recruitment Limited is assisting Harlow Council by recruiting a Technical Support Officer for its Housing Property Services team. The role supports asset management, surveys, and records for around 9,000 homes and 2,500 leasehold properties.
The position is a 12-month contract, on-site 4 days a week with one remote day, offering exposure to stock condition surveys, EPC surveys, and collaboration with tenants, surveyors, contractors and housing analysts.
