Resourcing4HR is seeking a People Business Partner to join our Watford head office on a 5 days on‑site pattern. You’ll be an HR generalist who loves partnering with managers and employees to drive the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll advise on employment law, handle ER cases, support wellbeing, and help shape an inclusive, high‑performance culture across multiple locations as required. The role offers a £40,000 salary.
