Job Overview

This is a great opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join this thriving, highly regarded firm to work from their Marlow office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear and professional advice to clients regarding legal procedures and documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents with precision.
• Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Ensure timely progression of cases by effectively managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize IT systems efficiently for document management, case tracking, and communication.
• Support business development initiatives by providing excellent client service and fostering professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant accreditation with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Steady career and billing history.
