In-House Residential Conveyancing Lead

Codi Group is seeking a Conveyancing Manager to lead residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion and help establish in-house processes for a customer-focused service. You will work with Development, Sales and other teams to ensure a smooth journey from reservation to completion, while building compliant, efficient workflows.

You’ll manage a caseload on shared ownership and outright sales, with hybrid working from Cardiff/Newport/Swansea base, and opportunities to shape service
