Pharma Warehouse Shift Lead—9–5, Compliance & Growth

Bestway Healthcare is recruiting a Shift Operations Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations during the day shift, ensuring safe, compliant handling and distribution of pharmaceutical products in line with GDP, SOPs and regulatory standards. The SOM has 8 direct reports and will work daytime hours, 9-5pm Monday – Friday, with occasional shifts to cover holidays and gain exposure to other teams.
