Office & Procurement Manager

Purchasing and Procurement Sittingbourne, Kent £35000 – £45000 per annum Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Office & Procurement Manager to take ownership of our clients purchasing function while ensuring that all head office functions run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing all purchasing and procurement activities
- Raising and tracking purchase orders
- Developing supplier relationships and managing the supply chain
- Coordinating deliveries and stock control
- Maintaining procurement and requisition records
- Supporting project teams, designers and production departments
- Managing Director diaries, admin and solving any issues in the office.
- Overseeing general office operations and administration
- Championing FSC compliance and document control
We are seeking a candidate who has:-
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or buying
- Previous office management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities
- Strong supplier management and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Procore, Asite or similar is advantageous
- Joinery, manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
