Get Set UK is seeking a hands-on, mobile leader to head Employment Advisors delivering the Youth Mentor Programme in the South Coast area. You will drive performance, manage caseloads and coach staff to help young people move from referrals to sustainable work across Portsmouth and Southampton.
You will travel regularly, bring strong data‑driven insight, and ensure safeguarding and quality standards while building strong employer relationships to support participant outcomes.
