Business Development Lead – Retail Finance Partnerships

Castle Trust Bank is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead Omni Commercial Sales, building retailer partnerships and driving loan originations. You will own prospecting, outbound campaigns and handover to the Account Management team.

Travel within the UK is infrequent and the role is remote with weekly office visits. The ideal candidate has a proven BD track record, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and comfort operating in a regulated credit environment.
