Data & Insights Leader (Hybrid, London)

Understanding Recruitment is assisting a well-known national charity in London to recruit a Data & Insights Manager to lead and grow the organisation’s insight function. This newly created role will oversee two analysts and support an ambitious fundraising strategy.

You will help shift from traditional reporting to advanced analytics, including audience profiling, segmentation, propensity modelling and lifetime value. Strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential.
