Hybrid Facilities Manager – Biotech Lab & Safety

Boden Group are partnering on a retained search for a Facilities Manager to join a fast-moving biotech business based in central Oxford. The role covers a split of Health & Safety and Facilities management, ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant and efficiently run.

You will take ownership of facilities across an office and laboratory environment, coordinating maintenance, audits and contractor activity while working closely with senior leadership to drive improvements and business continuity.
