Social Enterprise Sales & Operations Leader

BRAG Enterprises is a charity based in Fife, seeking a hands-on leader to drive the early-stage growth of a new social enterprise (CIC) following an acquisition and merger. Based at Crosshill, the role will oversee production, supported workforce management, and the development of a 3-Year Sales & Marketing Plan (2026–2029), building a B2B client base with a focus on Social Value.
