Part-Time Customer Service Specialist — Varied, Team-Driven

Wychavon District Council in Pershore is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join our friendly team. This role covers 28.2 hours over four days on a permanent contract, handling a variety of enquiries at our Contact Centres in Pershore, Droitwich and Evesham.

You will need enthusiasm for helping residents, good oral and written communication, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and to work well in a team.
