Senior Desktop Support Engineer – AI-Driven Browsing

Perplexity is seeking a Customer User Support specialist to join our team and support users of our desktop apps. In this role, you will help users solve challenging technical issues and maximize value from our AI-native browsing experience.

You will serve as the dedicated technical resource for desktop browser users, providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance on optimal use of the platform, and grow into the go-to technical expert for Comet across Enterprise, Mobile and Desktop teams.
