Luton Operations Supervisor – Lead & Develop Teams

Plumb & Parts, part of the Wolseley Group, in Luton, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and develop the local team, drive safety standards and support sales growth.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, with occasional Saturday overtime. A competitive salary plus bonus and a benefits package are offered.

You will liaise across the business, help manage P&L and credit control, and coach colleagues to achieve their career goals.
