Car Park Strategy & Business Case Lead

Powys County Council is seeking a skilled project lead to drive a strategic review of its off-street car parks. You will analyse usage, income and costs, engage with communities and stakeholders, and develop robust options and business cases for future management and investment.

The role requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication and proven experience in delivering complex projects, including consultations and business cases, to support council decisions.
