Store Manager – Operations, People & Service Lead

One Stop, part of Tesco Group, is seeking a Store Manager to run a busy retail store in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. You will be responsible for the overall daily operations, driving efficiency and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will lead a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues, coaching on the shop floor, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, and delivering strong performance across all KPIs.
