Attendance & Family Engagement Lead

CEDARS is seeking an exceptional Attendance Intervention Manager to improve attendance, strengthen family engagement and remove barriers to education for vulnerable pupils. This role goes beyond registers, focusing on relationships, safeguarding and tailored support to help pupils reconnect with learning.

The post involves home visits, collaboration with partner agencies and school leaders to ensure every pupil is safe, supported and thriving. Term-time, 32.5 hours weekly.
