Specialist Teaching & Learning Assistant – Engage & Support Pupils

Esteem South Academy is seeking a flexible, committed Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant to support permanently excluded or at risk pupils with learning and engagement. You will be allocated to a tutor group, work with small groups or one-to-one to meet needs, and assist at break and lunch times.

The role requires a daily car with business use on your insurance; experience with pupils with behaviour, emotional and social difficulties is essential. Growth mindset and teamwork are valued.
