Lead Kitchen Manager: Drive a Busy Pub Kitchen

The Two Brewers, part of Greene King, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen, lead the team and uphold the high standards our customers expect.

You will drive kitchen operations, manage stock and costs, and work closely with the General Manager to grow the business and prepare for the upcoming refit. This is a hands-on, leadership role in a busy pub and hotel setting.
