Group Manager – School Catering & Operations (Term-Time)

Caterlink is seeking an experienced Group Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools, leading and developing managers while building strong client relationships across your portfolio of schools. This 52-week, Monday–Friday role requires hands-on leadership and commercial acumen.

You will ensure health and safety, retention, quality and finance KPIs are met, while supporting teams and rolling up your sleeves when needed to deliver excellent catering services.
