As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital supporting role in our kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain exceptional culinary standards and foster a positive team environment.. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation..
- Support the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and continuous development..
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to Brindisa’s authentic Spanish culinary standards..
- Assist with kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control..
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations..
- Support the development and training of junior chefs..
- Contribute to menu development and innovation under supervision..
About You:
- Proven experience as a strong Chef de Partie or aspiring Junior Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment..
- A genuine passion for Spanish cuisine and high-quality ingredients..
- Good leadership and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow..
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities..
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene..
